This potent, loving, and intentional offering brings together the heart-opening modalities of raw cacao and pranayama breathwork. Cacao is a magical and powerful plant medicine (non-psychedelic) and superfood that serves as a vasodilator (as does breathwork) so that your energy can flow more fluidly through you. This tender medicine proves to be a skilled and gentle guide through any inner work. Pranayama breathwork is a heart-activating technique that opens your energy and assists in bringing up any blockages you have so that you may release all that no longer serves you on your way to embodying your Highest Self.

The 2-hour journey begins with bringing community together in a sacred circle for a grounding and softening cacao ceremony, using the finest pure 100% ceremonial grade cacao. The opening cacao ceremony assists in softening and grounding so that you may have a deeper experience. During this time we will sink into our own individual energy, connect with the collective energy of the group, and call in the supportive spirit of cacao as we enter into a meditation. Following an opportunity to set a powerful intention and share or journal, we will lay down to enter into a guided breathwork journey. This is an active meditation that brings us out of our heads and into our hearts. Pranayama breathwork allows for deep healing, releasing of that which no longer serves you, and life-changing shifts. As we close, there will be an opportunity to share about your experience, if you feel called to do so, and receive support from our facilitator to assist with integration so that you may fully embody the gifts you have received on your journey. This breathwork & cacao ceremony is an opportunity to connect deeply with your energy and have a spiritual experience of your Self while being held in a safe and sacred space.

Our ceremony will be guided by Beau Bowker, a Breathwork guide, Cacao practitioner, & energy worker led by a deep calling to help others find their true essence, feel their power, and free their Spirit. Through the heart opening modalities that Beau practices, we become free from illusion, heal our deepest wounds, and experience our Spirit fully alive.  Beau is honored to bring offerings that quiet the mind, open the heart, and expand consciousness. Having spent a chapter of his life as a touring comedian, Beau is always open to bringing more joy into the spiritual journey. As a heart-led man, Beau seeks to bring the medicine of Sacred Masculinity into every circle, as he seeks to be soft, strong, and an open channel for Spirit to move through. Beau is happy to cross paths with you and is ready to exchange with you from an open & free heart as you discover that you are your own healer.
